All services (events, trips, and packages included), regardless of the duration, will only be formally reserved and booked after down payment of at least 40% of the total package price. The balance is due 30 days before the departure date.
– For a cancellation more than 48 hours before services start, the customer forfeits 30% of the total cost of services.
– For a cancellation less than 48 hours before services start, the customer forfeits 100% of the total cost of services.
– In case of “no-show” or last-minute cancellation: the customer forfeits 100% of all paid-out funds.
– For a cancellation more than 30 days before services start date, the customer forfeits 40% of the total cost of services.
– For a cancellation less than 30 days before services start date, the customer forfeits 100% of the total cost of services.
– In case of “no-show” or last-minute cancellation: the customer forfeits 100% of all paid-out funds.
The only situation that may lead to a complete refund of the deposit is that of an official COVID-related ban on international travel, issued either from the French government or from that of the traveler’s country of origin.
From the payment of the first deposit, a cancellation margin of 10% of the total quote is granted until 30 days before the beginning of the services. Less than 30 days before the start of services, no cancellation is possible.
The cancellation percentages are not cumulative.
The percentage of deposit requested may change according to the specific conditions of some of our suppliers.
We highly recommend that all participants fle for a medical travel insurance, as well as a cancellation insurance with a travel insurance company in their home country.
