Finding France is an officially registered and insured French Destination Management Company, recognized by French tourism authorities, ensuring peace of mind and the highest standards of service for all travelers and events.
All services (events, trips, and packages included), regardless of the duration, will only be formally reserved and booked after down payment of at least 40% of the total package price. The balance is due 30 days before the departure date.
– For a cancellation more than 48 hours before services start, the customer forfeits 30% of the total cost of services.
– For a cancellation less than 48 hours before services start, the customer forfeits 100% of the total cost of services.
– In case of “no-show” or last-minute cancellation: the customer forfeits 100% of all paid-out funds.
– For a cancellation more than 30 days before services start date, the customer forfeits 40% of the total cost of services.
– For a cancellation less than 30 days before services start date, the customer forfeits 100% of the total cost of services.
– In case of “no-show” or last-minute cancellation: the customer forfeits 100% of all paid-out funds.
The deposit percentage may vary depending on the specific requirements of our suppliers.

All payments must be received net of bank charges, in euros (EUR).
Any delay or failure to pay may result in cancellation of services without refund or liability on the part of Finding France.
We highly recommend that all participants file for a medical travel insurance, as well as a cancellation insurance with a travel insurance company in their home country.

Services depend on partners’ availabilities, and schedules may be subject to change.
In case of multiple modifications requested by the client, a service fee may be charged for the additional time spent preparing quotations.
Rates are subject to change in case of variations in taxes, fuel costs, supplier rates, or exchange rates.
Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Finding France’s control, the order of activities may be modified and some days may be reversed. Equivalent services may be substituted without prior notice.
Site inspection visits are billable. Any place or activity presented by Finding France during a site inspection must not be contacted directly by the client or via a competitor.
Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations when such failure or delay is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, governmental actions, epidemics, or transport disruptions. In such cases, the parties shall make every reasonable effort to minimize the consequences.
Finding France’s liability, whatever the cause, shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client under this agreement. Finding France shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of profit or opportunity.
Both parties agree to seek an amicable settlement before initiating any legal proceedings.

If no satisfactory response is provided within 60 days, clients may contact the Travel and Tourism Mediation office. Details are available at www.mtv.travel.
All terms and conditions are governed by French law, specifically the Tourism Code.
Any dispute is under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
Processing is carried out as necessary for performance, security, and legal obligations. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, object to, erase, restrict, or transfer your data by contacting clement@findingfrance.fr. Data transfers outside the EU may occur when necessary and are subject to appropriate safeguards.
Copyright on all tours and travel itineraries is owned by Finding France SAS and its partners. Reproducing these in whole or in part is strictly forbidden without Finding France SAS’s written authorization.
This clause shall remain valid even after the termination or expiration of this agreement.
