Morning:

Embark on a customized city tour inspired by Emily in Paris. We begin at the center of Parisian luxury and the location of some of the most famous design houses in the world, Place Vendôme. Then after circling the Arc du Triomphe, we head down the Champs-Elysées to Place de la Concorde with a stop at the Hôtel de la Marine.

The next part of our tour continues in the 5th arrondissement at the Place de l’Estrapade where Emily’s apartment is located. We will continue on foot in the Latin quarter, stopping at the Panthéon, the Sorbonne, and enjoying a delicious pain au chocolat in the neighborhood as we head to the gorgeous Luxembourg gardens.

Afternoon:

As any self-respecting Parisian would do, we will stop for a relaxing lunch at the Café de Flore and then have coffee at the Café de Vieux Magots (with a stroll around the St-Germain de Près neighborhood, bien sûr).

Our tour culminates at the Opéra Garnier – enjoy a private tour of its sumptuous interior. Built at the request of Napoleon III in the late 19th century, and the setting of the Phantom of the Opera, the Opéra Garnier is an opulent masterpiece in the heart of the 9th arrondissement. We will also have the chance to go behind the scenes of the Ballet and Opera productions as we visit two workshops dedicated to costumes and set design.
