In order to design your trip, we rely on our team’s approved and tested itineraries. We have created an extensive travel log where you’ll be able to find a selection of unique accommodations (charming boutique hotels, castles, private châteaux...), restaurants and tables d’hôtes (traditional or gourmet cuisine), tours of exceptional historical sites off the beaten path, and different encounters with local artisans and producers.

At Finding France, we strive to break down the clichés about France that often mislead international travelers. Our goal is to go behind the scenes for an in-depth look at French culture – all while taking time to build relationships. To this end, we encourage and arrange for you to meet with locals.

We aspire to allow travelers from different cultures and backgrounds to broaden their horizons and share on a different level with others. The very essence of my passion/profession is to introduce another culture’s “savoir-vivre”, “savoir-être” and “savoir-faire” (etiquette, social skills and know-how) to you.

Perfect Provence
Under the guidance of the vivacious Katrin, our Finding France tour guide, our small group visited the perfection that is Provence, France. Our base, a beautiful hotel in Sausset les Pins, overlooking the Mediterranean, served as a wonderful starting point for each day's adventure into this truly lovely area of France. Chocolates in Marseille, artistry and handmade goodies in Baux de Provence, Van Gogh in Arles, delicious cheeses in Aix en Provence, lavender, wines, chateaus, oh my! The mix of history, culture, exquisite foods, music, markets, and fun made it a trip of a lifetime. Did I mention the luxurious fragrances of finely crafted soaps and perfumes? All of these wonderful experiences were hewn together in a tailor-made tour whose plan itself was a work of art by Clement and his team at Finding France.

A FANTASTIC experience, our guide Fatah, took great care of us and really took us step by step during the trip, to really dive into the region of Champagne, we saw a big house producer of champagne, it can be Mercier, Moet or Veuve depending on the availability of the houses, if you want one in particular make sure you let them know with time before your trip! They will definitely help you! Also they took us to a small champagne producer who really immersed us into the world of crafting champagne, a great person and a true connaisseur of Champagne. Over all a MUST DO tour, with great service, true experiences and amazing tour guides guaranteed!

Our trip was planned for us per our ideas….Clement squeezed all our wants into 6 glorious days in France! "Carine was our tour guide. We were on a siblings trip for the 5 of us. She was so personable and helpful! She picked us up from our hotel and drove us to our first location. She stopped a few times to show us the beautiful scenery and told us a lot about the history of Champagne. Our first stop was great, A little local champagne wine maker. They were super friendly and welcoming. We stopped for lunch at a local restaurant. Then we moved on to a much bigger champagne producer. We enjoyed our tastings so much that we veered off the agenda. Carine was perfectly happy to accommodate us. We were all so happy to have her as our guide. We can’t wait to come back again!"
